Enrollment & Payment Terms – Resident Services Institute
This page outlines the terms that apply to enrollment, payment plans, and refunds for all Resident Services Institute (RSI) programs. By enrolling in any RSI course, certification, PRO bundle, or Business Builder package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Enrollment & Access
Upon successful enrollment, students receive immediate access to digital course materials, which may include written content, downloadable guides, templates, and other proprietary resources.
Because access is granted immediately, enrollment constitutes full delivery of digital products.
2. Payment Options
RSI programs may be offered through:
One-time full payment, or
A payment plan, where available
Available payment options and pricing are clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Payment Plan Agreement
If you select a payment plan during enrollment, you agree to the following terms:
Commitment:
You are committing to paying the full program cost through the selected payment plan, regardless of course completion status or pace of progress.
Automatic Payments:
Payment plan installments are charged automatically to your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
Non-Refundable Payments:
All payment plan installments are non-refundable, including any payments made prior to or after course completion.
Failed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment fails:
You will be notified and given a five (5) day grace period to update your payment information
Access to course materials may be paused until the account is brought current
Certificate Issuance:
Certificates of Completion, including individual certification certificates or PRO-level certificates, are issued only after all payment plan installments have been paid in full and course requirements are completed.
Collections:
Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in collection actions as permitted by applicable law.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds After Enrollment:
Due to the immediate access provided to digital course materials and resources, all purchases are non-refundable. This applies to:
Full payments
Payment plan installments
Individual certifications
PRO bundles
Business Builder packages
Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving:
Verified technical access issues (not related to user error), or
Documented medical emergencies
Refund requests may be considered within three (3) calendar days of purchase.

Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of Resident Services Institute.
6. Program Changes & Updates
RSI reserves the right to update program content, materials, structure, pricing, and policies as needed to reflect evolving standards, tools, and best practices. These updates do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in an RSI program, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed and agreed to these Enrollment & Payment Terms
You understand the non-refundable nature of digital program access
You accept responsibility for completing any selected payment plan
